How Else Can I Decrease My Estrogen Naturally
Here’s the question I’ve found in the mail this morning:
They want me to start taking lupron to decrease estrogen after estrogen and progesterone receptor + cancer. Tamoxifen did not work as I am premenopausal. Lupron scares me but i am not sure if it is worth the risks. How else can i decrease my estrogen naturally?
Great question and you will not find an answer strictly within the pharmaceutical world. You have to get to the root of the problem and that is how the pituitary gland works. Treat her right and everything else will slowly start to fall in place. This is a simplified view, of course, but nevertheless, the right one, and it is almost sure to be overlooked by a gynecologist, which will only think in terms of his or her specialistic profession.
You need a remedy that will affect the pituitary gland, and the actual way doesn’t matter:
– it can be herbal,
– it can be homeopathic, or a mixture of both,
– acupuncture or Su Jok,
– Reiki
and so on. If that works, fine.
The more fundamental way would be to see what emotions are whirling in your energy bodies now. Maybe the relationship you are in now needs adjustment, maybe there are monetary problems which ruin everything and your female body reacts the only way it knows how, by disseminating the energy from the emotional level deeper to the body, thus creating illness. A more proper therapy for this level would include Bach flower remedies, for example.
Finally, and this is the only way my services finally enter the picture, if you want to predict what will happen in the future AND start rectifying things and behaviours BEFORE they escalate, you may need a horoscope reading from me. To see a glimpse of how that would look like, you can go to www.DuskoSavic.com to see some videos of mine. If you order the reading, you will actually get such videos for YOUR case, with specific therapies for you both now and in the future and so on.
I am posting this to the blog because the question is very important and will be of use to many other visitors to the site. Thank you for posting it in the first place.

How To Prepare for Hysterectomy Surgery
If you have to prepare for hysterectomy, there is plenty of advice on the Internet, and you might even want to invest into a paper book on the subject. In the comment to a post from someone who is in this situation, I have outlined two other possibilities for getting better sooner:
I see you are having a scheduled hysterectomy. As with any surgery, it pays to prepare up front. The most practical advice is to take Rescue Remedy a week or two before the surgery, and several days immediately after the surgery. It will help both with fear from surgery and with waking up from anesthesia.
Another practical advice would be to get initiated into Reiki or that somebody near you get initiated, so that you have regular access to Reiki treatments. That will considerably speed up the recovery and lessen or very soon eliminate the pains.
The fastest way to get Reiki is from my Energy Pack page on this site, and Rescue Remedy should be readily available from any online or offline store.

PMDD Alternative Medicine Therapy
PMDD Alternative Medicine Therapy is a combination of alternative therapies that might help with PMDD, Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Depression. Here is an example of how a woman with PMDD actually feels like.
PMDD is similar to premenstrual syndrome (PMS), but differs from it in severity. She is anxious, full of anger, there is depression as well. Irritability runs amok. The symptoms surface between ovulation and menstruation, and disappear within a few days after the onset of the bleeding. The main symptoms may consist of the following:
- feelings of sadness or despair, or possibly suicidal thoughts
- feelings of tension or anxiety
- panic attacks
- mood swings, crying
- lasting irritability or anger, increased interpersonal conflicts
- disinterest in daily activities and relationships
- trouble thinking or focusing
- tiredness or low energy
- food cravings or binge eating
- having trouble sleeping
- feeling out of control
- physical symptoms, such as bloating, heart palpitations, breast tenderness, headaches, and joint or muscle pain
Five or more of these symptoms may indicate PMDD. Symptoms occur during the week before the menstrual cycle and disappear within a few days after the onset of the bleeding.
No wonder women with PMDD start wanting to have a hysterectomy, thinking it will erase the pain.
PMDD Alternative Medicine Therapy
In the USA, PMDD is recognized as a disease, while in other parts of the world, that simply isn’t so. Nevertheless, PMDD should be treated and there are several alternative medicine disciplines that might land a hand here. From homeopathy, Cimicifuga Racemosa, Black Cohosh, comes to mind, because it links severe menstrual disorder with the idea of suicide. From Bach Flower Remedies, one might think of
Cherry Plum, to stop from suicidal actions,
Mimulus from being fearful when “that time of the month” starts approaching,
Impatiens to regulate pain,
Gorse to finally find some new way of healing.
Mustard and Gentian are also a must to relieve depression.
Reiki would be excellent here, as anybody can apply it and it will alleviate the pain at first, and then work towards the general healing. If you apply Reiki towards an affirmation such as
I want to find the best way to cure my PMDD
new doors be start to open to you. The consequence of giving Reiki to such an affirmation is that new methods of healing may enter your life, so even if Reiki would lead to homeopathy or something else, it would still be acceptable!
So, there you go! If you suffer from PMDD, please try out this PMDD Alternative Medicine Therapy and let us know the results through the comments on this page.

Fight Ovarian Cancer With Motorcycle Ride
Motorcycle ride aims to fight ovarian cancer is about raising public awareness about ovarian cancer. Two men, Rich Whalen and Dave Welsh, organize ROAR Motorcycle Ride for Ovarian Cancer, Welsh said he lost his wife and mother to ovarian cancer in 2006. Welsh started the Vicki Welsh Ovarian Cancer Fund, in memory of his wife, to raise awareness, create recognition of the warning signs and improve screening and early diagnosis.
Welsh has one particular sentence in this article and it is
Also, some women think because they’ve had a hysterectomy, they can’t get the disease. That’s not true, my mother had a hysterectomy and she had ovarian cancer.
I have commented on this blog:
Yes, people should be more aware of the signs of ovarian cancer. It is a little known fact that it can be predicted through the methods od medical astrology, in particular, you can see examples on my site http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com.
If you know 55 women (and who doesn’t!), one of them will die from ovarian caner… A horrible thought, and I like it very much that there is an organized effort to spread the knowledge about ovarian cancer to the public.
Having a hysterectomy will not shield from having an ovarian cancer later in life, because even if you cut one organ out, it still exists in the informational (etheric) body in our auras. To reach the etheric body, you need homeopathic remedies with the potency of least CM (a very high potency), and Reiki is also very welcome into the therapeutical mix.
You can also try distant Reiki healing from this page on this very site:
http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/energy-pack.html
Ill or not, or only just so much tired… the Reiki from that page will help, as it has helped jundreds of people already.

PMDD and Suicidial Tendencies
PMDD is the Premenstrual Dysphoric (Depression) Disorder and some 3-5% of women have it. Here is an example of one of the worst cases, in which the woman who has it is troubled by suicidical thoughts in spite of having a wonderful life, as her husband put it once. In my comment, I tried to be practical and tell her that alternatives do exist (she now has a long hystory of taking antidepresssants such as Wellbutrin and Chlorothiazide, then she took mood stabilizer such as Lamictal (as if she had seizures, which she has never had), and so on. Here is my comment, I don’t know the host of the blog will react so, well, here goes:
Hi
Well, thank you for sharing this. Since I am into medical astrology and energy healing I’ll give my advice in spite of you not asking for it. In case it is somehow unsuitable, please delete this comment.
There is a homeopathic remedy called Cimicifuga Racemosa which fits well into the state of post-partum depression. You should check it out with a professional homeopath, if you can find one near you.
In Bach flower remedies, you should check Cherry Plum and White Chestnut, but if you already have a bottle of Rescue Remedy in house, please take that for at least three months at least four times a day.
You can also try Reiki treatments. If you cannot find someone to physically give you a treatment, you can try distant healing, look for an Energy Pack on my site www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com.
You can and you will get better, but it is not probable that hysterectomy will solve anything, you know. Do not rush things, if you really want to know what is best for you, take a Bach flower remedy called Wild Oat.
I apologise if this is not a comment that you are accustomed to have, but I try to be practical.
And by the way, there are no affiliate links in this comment, everything I mentioned is free or is very low cost at the usual prices.
Do get well, though.

Manage Pain with Reiki and Alternative Medicine
Manage pain with Reiki heal yourself before opting for hysterectomy because of blood clotting, heavy menstrual bleedings, inability to move away from the house and so on. High on this list of discomforts is pain, pure and simple pain, the sign our bodies send us to alert us that something is wrong. I’ll list here several types and locations of pain related to certain (not all of them, of course) gynecological causes:
– abdominal pain,
– acute pain,
– agony,
– back pain,
– chronic pain,
– pain after surgery,
– pain and depression,
– pain during sexual intercourse,
– pain in the uterus,
– pain in the ovaries,
– pain during urination,
– pain during bowel movements
and so on.
Reiki can be applied as a universal remedy for pain. It is ideal in this regards because it is possible to apply it without knowing anything about the diagnosis, nature of the disease and so on. You can manage pain with Reiki because it is not actually you who are healing, it is Reiki itself, a loving intelligent energy of healing.
Sometimes you will be able to manage pain with Reiki and nothing else, but in many cases the process or healing or recovery will be speeded up if you apply other alternative medicine techniques, such as acupuncture, homeopathy, Bach flower remedies and so on. If you are too debilitated to contemplate all this, ask the people you live with to fetch remedies for you or learn how to apply them to you.

Lupron, Hysterectomy or Reiki Against Endometriosis
Endochick is a writer, a mother, a wife, and a student. She suffers from Stage III endometriosis, IBS, Complicated Migraines and hypothyroidism and she has a blog about her struggles with endometriosis. She is in great deal of pain because of large cysts and the doctors had a suprise for her: as far as they are concerned, she has to enter the artificial menopause, either through Lupron or through hysterectomy. Here is an excerpt from the conversation:
DR: “So, Dr. K and I are prepared to offer you two things, either Lupron or a Hysterectomy. “
ME: “Thank God!”
DR: “Now both of these will put you into menopause. The Lupron will be a seudo menopause with added side effects from the drug. I’ll be honest with you, Lupron is hard to take. Many women have problems with it. Also, the hysterectomy will be put you into immediate surgical menopause because we will have to take the ovaries. “
ME: “Ok.”
One referral to urologist later, and I’m left to decide between the two options. What a day!
Here is what I have commented:
Hi EndoChick
I am a male so I cannot have your painful experiences first hand, but there sure are several ways to lleviate the pain. One of them would be Reiki, you can get it immediately if you go to my site. ou’ll get half an hour long distance Reiki session and it is free. You can use it once per day, very day. If that helps even a little bit, that would be a great sign that Reiki and perhaps other nergy healing techniques can help where classical medicine can not.
My entire site is devoted to using such methods in order to avoid hysterectomy. Your doctor is right aying that Lupron is hard to take (there is a page about why is it so on the site), but hysterectomy is worse, cannot be undone and there is no guarantee that it will save you from endometriosis, if it has already spread far away from the uterus. But all this is pure theory while you are in pain, so let’s get away with the pain first, and then do try to heal yourself instead of trying to counterattack the damage that has already been done in the body.
Wishing you all the best!
Here is a list of helpful pages on this site, with information on endometriosis and many, many alternative ways to fight it:
The overview of the entire site
By the way, in cases like this, medical astrology should be the first resource to turn to, to discover a general strategy for the future, however, the patients have their acute problems and, truth to say, astrology reading is just a bunch of information from which no actual curing seems to come from. Once you have your reading, though, you start searching for the best therapies that can help you and things start to happen.
