Herbs for endometriosis have their place in the larger scheme of things. In traditional Chinese Medicine, the bad state of the liver is considered to be the root of endometriosis. Empower the liver and gradually the endo will subside. So, the following herbs have effect both on the hormones and the liver:

Vitex agnus-cactus (Chasteberry) effects pituitary gland, the “conductor” to the orchestra of internal glands. Vitex will adjust female hormones and regulate menstruation, and will also help in endometriosis, PMS and dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation). Chasteberry also helps the liver to process and excrete estrogen — less estrogen means no estrogen domination or none at all.

Angelica senensis (Don Quai) acts as a hormone balancer and is an indispensable herb for treatment of female reproductive disorders. It is a tonic herb for the reproductive system and will address the overall health of your reproductive organs and is especially useful in treatment of irregular periods, polycystic ovarian syndrome, estrogen dominance and endometriosis. Don Quai is also a well-known liver tonic and blood pressure regulator.

Silybum marianus (Milk Thistle) This protects the liver from damage by viruses, pollution, stress and toxins. It is also a potent antioxidant; laboratory studies indicate it may have useful anti-cancer properties.

Dioscorea villosa (Chinese Yam) is an excellent natural liver and nervous system tonic. It is also known to have anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic properties and will decrease menstrual pain as well as inflammation associated with endometriosis that leads to scar tissue.

Viburnum opulus (30C) is a homeopathic remedy known for its effectiveness in treating painful menstruation, especially backache.

You should be taking these herbs several months in a row, to see the effects. And you can do other things for your endometriosis at the same time, besides taking the herbs for endometriosis.

Where Do the Herbal Remedies Originate From?

Herbalism, using plants to make herbal remedies, cure and heal people with, has been with us longer than any other kind of medicine. At first, the knowledge of herbalism has been passed down by word of mouth, from generation to generation. At each culture, there was a wise woman, a witch, a shaman, a healer… who used herbal remedies as the foundation of their healing work. Even today, many — if not most — of the remedies originate from plants and are then processed in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Tenets of Herbalism

There are some timeless principles on which herbalism — and any healing, when we come to that — is and should be based. The tenets of herbalism are:

.

The whole plant is better than an isolated extract.

.

Don’t cure the symptoms only, heal the entire person.

.

Practice minimum effective treatment and minimal intervention.

Enable the body to heal itself.

Herbal remedies should not be prescribed naively. A substance can be a remedy in one form, but a poison in another. Plants may be our best friends but should not be underestimated in any situation. However, obey the simple rules stated above and there will be no problems.

Professional Level of Herbalism

Just as with any other kind of healing, it is possible to study and practice herbalism professionaly. A professional herbalist will be well versed in orthodox medical diagnosing, and will have the power to prescribe potent herbs that are generally unavailable to the general public. It takes a significant time to train up to a professional level of herbalism. Often, persons gifted in energy healing may use a combination of methods to form an appropriate personalized therpy, and herbal remedies enter the picture naturally, since they are readily available all over the world.

Herbalism As A Self-Help System

Herbal remedies are ideal to use in home, and are usually cheap enough to be available to everyone. You can use them in first aid, everyday ailments, the management of chronic conditions, strengthening of the body and preventive treatment.

How To Take Herbal Remedies

There are three main carriers for herbs.

Water — for teas and/or infusions. Flowers, leaves, some seeds, and fruit are usually put into thewater and body can quickly assimilate whatever water carries. Good for children and convalescents, as well as for patients with delicate digestion.

Alcohol — as in tinctures or spiced wines. Any part of the plant may be preserved in alcohol, but the hard parts seem to be prevalent. Not applicable if the patient cannot tolerate alcohol; should not be given to babies either.

Oil — to make rubs, massage oils, liniments; with beeswax, can be used for ointments and salves.

Body Parts To Apply Herbal Remedies To

Herbal remedies can be directed to almost any part of the human body.

Tinctures are liquids made from flowers, leaves, of root of the plant. A tincture is maid by soaking the flowers, leaves, or roots in strong alcohol. Tinctures keep well, need small place to store, and are highly concentrated so a few drops may be an entire dose. Taken through mouth.

Infusions are teas — parts of the fresh or dried plant boiled in water. The resultant “tea” is strong and often literally too hot to start drinking it right away. There are some plants that cannot stand heat, such as comfrey, marshmallow, and valerian root and if you must make an infusion with them, leave them in cold water for 12 hours previously. Taken through mouth. Most infusions are distasteful so maybe mixed with honey.

Decoctions are similar to infusions, only made from tougher materials such as roots, bark, nuts, and seeds. Taken through mouth.

Tablets and capsules are taken through mouth and are useful for people that do not want to taste remedies.

Creams and ointments are applied externally. Active ingredients pass through skin into the blood and continue working there throughout the body. Often used in massage.

Compresses may be cold or hot. Help ease aches, pains and swollen joints. Made from infusions applied to cotton and then the whole “package” applied to the diseased part of the body.

Poultices are a paste made from bruised fresh or dried herbs. You put the paste on cotton and then bandage it to the affected area. Useful for painful joints, and drawing out infection from boils, spots and wounds.

Suppositories are prescribed for rectal problems, such as piles, and usually come ready-made to insert.

Douches are for vaginal infections. A douche is made from infusions or decoctions which have been allowed to cool.

Herbal baths, easily the most pleasant way of applying herbal remedies to the body.

Using Herbal Remedies At Home, Safely

In many cases, tradition will help you out and you will know exactly what to do and when. You just have to remember what your mother or grand-mother did on the occasion and that’s it. Someone in the family has, say, diarhorrea and is automatically given peppermint tea, case closed. You don’t even think of it as of a healing, although in fact it actually is.

In previous centuries, herbal remedies might well have been the only source of healing for miles around, but today it isn’t so. For that diarrhorea, you would probably take some pharmaceutical remedy first, followed by peppermint tea, just to help the process of recovery out. Herbal remedy in that context is a complimentary therapy. On the other hand, if all you have is a set of herbal remedies, then it pays to start thinking and acting as a true healer. The basic principles are:

First assess the whole body and the entire aspect of the patient.

Start the therapy by adjusting the lifestyle — how much the patient sleeps, eats, drinks, and/or physically exercises.

Use the simplest available remedy, either internally or externally.

Write down the state of the patient, when the therapy started, how long was it in effect, what happened.

Let the patient understand the idea of the therapy and then let them take it as prescribed.

Give them your utmost loving care — they are the members of your family!

Monitor the progress for a few days and be prepared to call the doctors, after all.

Parts Of Herbs That Can Become Herbal Remedies

Herba in Latin means flower, but in herbal medicine any part of the plant may be used. For instance:

Where To Get the Herbs

The easiest way to get herbs is to grow them in a garden or a window box. If you are into gardening, and provided you knew what kind of illness you would have to deal with — say some chronic disease, you could grow them on your own.

Dried herbs are widely available from food stores, drug stores, pharmacies, fairs, farmer’s markets etc. You should best know in advance the Latin name for the herb, as that is the only sure way to identify the herb. (Some herbs have five, six or even a greater number of local names and nicknames.) Also, you should specify which part of the plant is going to be used: root, bark, leaf, or flower.

Some herbs are poisonous, addictive, or outright dangerous, and there may be laws about collecting such herbs. Don’t just go about picking flowers and plants, ask for permission if needed. If you think a plant would be useful to you but you don’t know enough about it, ask the natives, they usually know quite well what will this or that plant do to the human body.

Do not gather roots from the side of the road, or recently sprayed crops or foliage, or from sick looking plants. You are looking for vitality in the plant, which will then be transferred to the herbal remedy through a special preparation procedure.

Acquiring Herbal Remedies Through the Internet

In this year and age of Internet, there are many online shops for raw and/or processed plants, as well as online “pharmacies” selling herbal mixtures for particular problems. Some sites carry all kinds of remedies — herbal, mineral, homeopathics, flower remedies, supplements etc; other concentrate on their proprietary mixtures, such as NativeRemedies.com. Finally, from a site such as www.mountainroseherbs.com you can order organic herbs and spices, teas, bulk ingredients and so on.

Preparation Of Herbal Remedies

Using herbs at home often is a pleasure. However, you can take it one step further. Here is How To Make Herbal Remedies, an illustrated guide showing you how to make home remedies using herbs, spices and medicinal plants. (Once in a while you will have to make your own remedy, so this would be a good way to learn about the proper procedures.)

Herbal Remedies For Gynecological Problems

Well, women all over the world used various plants to help them with “female” side of life. Breasts and breast-feeding, menstrual problems, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy problems, labor pains, post-delivery problems, menopause symptoms, prolapse, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), thrush, painful intercourse… for all these problems, there is one, two or more excellent herbal remedies to choose from.

Uterine fibroids are solid muscle tissue growths in the uterus. They are also called fibroid tumors, myomas, or leiomyomas. They occur frequently — in up to half of all women over forty. The majority (80%) of fibroids are as small as a walnut, usually not bigger than an orange. In the USA, about one third of all hysterectomies is because of the fibroids.

Estrogens, especially estradiol, promote their growth. Estrogen levels can rise during the early menopausal years, so suddenly, there is this diagnosis in spite of there being no previous symptoms and warnings. The symptoms can be, amongst others:

. feeling of heaviness in the belly,

. low back pain,

. pain with vaginal penetration,

. bowel difficulties,

. urinary frequency or incontinence,

. severe menstrual pain and flooding

. heavy menstrual bleeding..

Hysterectomy will solve the problem but in a most violent way — by taking the uterus out, often taking the ovaries out as well. The patient is being thrown into a surgical menopause, for the rest of her life. It is worthwhile to try other approaches to avoid hysterectomy, and there actually exist herbal remedies for uterine fibroids.

Some Well Known Herbal Remedies for Uterine Fibroids

The following are just the most popular herbal remedies for uterine fibroids. Any herb (or stimulant, for that matter) that affects the levels of estrogen will also affect the fibroids, for better or worse.

. Eat more of whole grains or beans. Strictly speaking, these are not herbal remedies for uterine fibroids per se, but will help reduce the size of fibroids and will also protect from breast and endometrial cancers as well.

. Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum), or yellow dock root (Rumex crispus) will strengthen the liver. That will, in turn, metabolize estrogen out of the body, thus reducing fibroids.

. Vitex (Agnus Cactus) or chasteberry tincture works directly with the pituitary gland, balancing the entire hormonal system. Take it 25-30 drops two to four times daily, and the fibroids will be shrunk. You will see first results within a few months, but continue taking it up to a year or two.

. Warm castor oil packs and ginger compresses on the belly will also help with the fibroids.

. Poke root (Phytolacca americana) used both internally and externally as a belly rub oil, will relieve the pain and distress from fibroids. This herb is poisonous, so may have to make it yourself.

Practically all these herbs are tested and available as homeopathic remedies. It is possible to mix homeopathic remedies with herbal remedies.

Special Mixture of Herbal Remedies for Uterine Fibroids, Part I

Here’s a treatment directly for the fibroids. The patient has both to drink the teas and to irrigate vagina. For the first part of the treatment, you will need the following herbs:

. two spoonfuls of sage (Althaea Officinalis) leaves finely chopped,

. flower of common marshmallow (Althaea Officinalis),

. one spoon of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) leaves,

. leaves of blackberry (Rubus fruticosus),

. chamomille flowers (Matricaria chamomilla),

. flower and leaf of yarrow (Achillea millefolium),

. flower and leaf of common St. Johnswort (Hypericum perforatum) and

. white willow bark from the branches as large as hand — taken off only in October and November (Salix alba).

Pour all this into 1.800 grams of boiled hot water. Let it be under the lid for 90 minutes out of fire. Sift and put honey ad libitum. Drink 200 grams before breakfast, lunch, supper, and before going to bed.

The remaining 1 liter use for irrigation, two times with 500 grams, 4 hours apart. During the day take one spoon of honey four times a day. Put honey on the tongue and take it slowly. At 10 am and 5 pm eat two fried apples (Pirus malus) with one large spoonful of honey.

After this kind of healing make a pause 10 days long, then drink teas and irrigate for another 10 days. Drinking and irrigation should always be outside of the menstrual period.

Special Mixture of Herbal Remedies for Uterine Fibroids, Part II

For the second part of the treatment you will need other herbs:

. two spoonfuls of finely smashed leaves of Wood Betony (Betonica officinalis),

. leaves of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica),

. leaves of blackberry (Rubus fruticosus),

. one spoonful of each of finely chopped sage leaves (Salvia Officinalis),

. flower and leaves of yarrow (Achillea millefolium),

. common elderberry leaves (Sambucus nigra), as well as

. leaves of peppermint (Mentha piperita).

Pour all of that into 1800 grams of boiling hot water. Leave under lid for 90 minutes out of fire. Sift and put honey ad libitum. Drink 200 grams before breakfast, lunch, supper, and before going to bed.

With the remaining 1 liter irrigate yourself, two times with 500 grams, 4 hours apart. Apply vaseline to the irrigator and the entrance to vagina.

Endometriosis (colloquially referred to as endo, but also misspelled as endometreosis and endemetriosis) affects some 89 million women of reproductive age around the world. With endometriosis, the endometrial tissue from the uterus is found outside the womb in other areas of the body. Under normal circumstances, the endometrium leaves the body each month through menses (unless conception occurs). In endometriosis, the misplaced endometrium has no way of leaving the body. The tissues, however, still follow the rise and fall of estrogen and progesteron, breaking down and bleeding as if they were still in the womb, with many of the following symptoms taking place in the woman’s body:

– internal bleeding,

– degeneration of blood and tissue shed from the growths,

– inflammation of the surrounding areas, and

– formation of scar tissue.

In addition, the growths can interfere with the normal function of the bowel, bladder, intestines and other areas of the pelvic cavity. Endometriosis has also been found lodged in the skin, the lungs, the diaphragm and even the brain.

Laparoscopical Diagnosis of Endometriosis

Laparoscopy is the only way to see whether there is endometriosis or not. Once spotted, the surgeon may decide to remove endo specks during the explorative laparoscopy or not. A new method called autofluorescent laparoscopy diagnosis of endometriosis helps the surgeon see only the lesions, even if the tissues looked OK in normal white light.

Herbs For Endometriosis

What is Endometriosis Video

Here is a fairly good introduction to the notion of endometriosis, however, the speaker says that there is no known cure for endo. Well, that should not stop you from trying to get better, using alternative medicine or not!

Here is the video:

Here is how endometriosis can be exterminated:

Endo Treatment – Radical Excision of Endometriosis

The video has not tone but explains things through annotations. Fairly bloody, if I may say so, however. surgery does have its place in cases of severe endometriosis.

Here is the video:

Possibly the way to cure endometriosis is homeopathy.

Here’s the question I’ve found in the mail this morning:

They want me to start taking lupron to decrease estrogen after estrogen and progesterone receptor + cancer. Tamoxifen did not work as I am premenopausal. Lupron scares me but i am not sure if it is worth the risks. How else can i decrease my estrogen naturally?

Great question and you will not find an answer strictly within the pharmaceutical world. You have to get to the root of the problem and that is how the pituitary gland works. Treat her right and everything else will slowly start to fall in place. This is a simplified view, of course, but nevertheless, the right one, and it is almost sure to be overlooked by a gynecologist, which will only think in terms of his or her specialistic profession.

You need a remedy that will affect the pituitary gland, and the actual way doesn’t matter:

– it can be herbal,

– it can be homeopathic, or a mixture of both,

– acupuncture or Su Jok,

– Reiki

and so on. If that works, fine.

The more fundamental way would be to see what emotions are whirling in your energy bodies now. Maybe the relationship you are in now needs adjustment, maybe there are monetary problems which ruin everything and your female body reacts the only way it knows how, by disseminating the energy from the emotional level deeper to the body, thus creating illness. A more proper therapy for this level would include Bach flower remedies, for example.

Finally, and this is the only way my services finally enter the picture, if you want to predict what will happen in the future AND start rectifying things and behaviours BEFORE they escalate, you may need a horoscope reading from me. To see a glimpse of how that would look like, you can go to www.DuskoSavic.com to see some videos of mine. If you order the reading, you will actually get such videos for YOUR case, with specific therapies for you both now and in the future and so on.

I am posting this to the blog because the question is very important and will be of use to many other visitors to the site. Thank you for posting it in the first place.

If you want to have children but are already diagnosed with fibroids, a natural question occurs: how to eliminate uterine fibroids before the pregnancy!? Pregnancy with fibroids will in some cases end up happily, but it is risky and prone to many problems, such as bleeding or calcified fibroids. Large uterine fibroids will make it downright impossible to get pregnant because the fertilized egg will not be able to implant itself into the lining of the uterus and thus officialy start the pregnancy.

If the fibroid is not large, the egg may implant itself successfuly and then it is a matter of chance whether the pregnancy will be full term or not, depending on the interplay of the growing foetus and the fibroid, one or more of them. Apart from the “mechanical” problems the deeper problem may be the hormonal one, because there is a reason the fibroid started to grow. Most often it is too much of estrogen that is being produced together with the excessive reactivity of estrogen receptors inside the uterus. If hormones are the problem, the pregnancy will end abruptly sooner or later, because if there is more estrogen as compared to progesterone, the lining of the uterus will grow and will fall off.

It may happen anywhere and anytime, while the woman is sleeping, or is doing ordinary house chores, or when going out to do the groceries… At least 3000 people have personally consulted with me in my capacity as a professional astrologer so far, but I still vividly remember a marital couple that came to me see whether they could they have more pregnancies and, finally, children. On Monday, they went to the gynecologist (she was in the end of the third month of the pregnancy), had everything checked out and everything was OK. Two days later, she woke up in a bed full of blood — the pregnancy was no more, without any sign of warning.

Treatment for Uterine Fibroids

The purpose of this post is to show alternative medicine methods to eliminate uterine fibroids before pregnancy, but there are other kinds of treatments for uterine fibroids. One that you will encounter often in Western medicine is fibroids treatment with Lupron (“Lupron from hell” as they call it), but is just a road to hysterectomy — guaranteed.

It is possible to eliminate fibroids through myomectomy, but that will have its own set of problems:

Myomectomy

Laparoscopic myomectomy

Abdominal myomectomy

Hysteroscopic myomectomy

Alternative Medicine Methods to Eliminate Fibroids On This Site

To dissolve fibroids using a herbal mixture

http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/herbal-remedies-for-uterine-fibroids.html

Here is how to use homeopathy to eliminate fibroids

http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/homeopathic-treatment-for-uterine-fibroids.html

http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/homeopathy/can-palladium-cure-your-uterine-fibroids/

Here is how to use Vitalzym to eliminate fibroids

http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/vitalzym.html

What To Do If You Have Recently Lost Your Baby and There Were Fibroids in the Uterus

Here is what you should take now, at least four times a day in order to overcome the emotional problems left after you lost your baby

http://www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com/rescue-remedy.html

There also is a more specific combination for this case and that is:

Star of Betlehem, Gorse, Walnut, Pine, Willow, Sweet Chestnut, Cherry Plum

You should take the above combination for at least two or three months in a row, for at least four times a day.

After that, while trying to conceive again, the following combination of Bach flower remedies would come handy:

Impatiens, Star of Betlehem, Gentian, Gorse, Vervain, White Chestnut

All these methods to eliminate uterine fibroids before pregnancy could be improved in personal contact with a dedicated practitioner, be it a professional herbalist, homeopath, or a Bach flower remedy practitioner. From me, through a medical astrology reading, you can gain glimpse of how the general energy trends will apply to your particular case. For example, as a rule of thumb, flower remedies are prescribed for three months in a row and the general wisdom says to stop. But if Uranus, the planet of speed and impatiency, makes hard aspects to your Sun or Moon for the entire next year, then you should be taking Impatience for that entire year instead of only three months.

If you are interested in why medical astrology works, you can read more about spiritual dimensions of medical astrology here. On that page you will also find when the medical astrology reading is not the best or the final answer to the client’s or patient’s needs and what to do then.

At the Imperfect Complainer blog, we find a story of Flicka, a woman who first got pregnant and then lost her baby after a few months. She now attends a doctor and was given the following advice:

– to stop doing the D&Cs, which were uncomfortable and painful,

– to go in for a chemo therapy, or

– to go all the way down and have a hysterectomy.

Here is my comment to this situation:

Doctors deal with patients, ie with people that have some discomfort, pain, illness etc. It is all too easy to screw up and make patient feel and behave much worse instead of much better. Doctors would like us to believe that they are omnipotent, as if when they wear their official white wardrobes they become powerful wizards, be all, end all, cure all. In reality, they are just humans willing to help and they might have some ready to use knowledge that patients find welcome.

So far so good, you go to a doctor, he or she tells you what to do, and that often helps. But what about those cases when doctors cannot help, or worse, when the things they suggest and do make everything worse on their own!? That is why doctors work within procedures: each problem you throw at them, they respond through a set of fairly rigids official procedures. It is this word official that is the problem here.

What is official and how do doctors learn about what is official? Official is what some body or committee of doctors says it is official. That is, they get together, two or three doctors that are at the foremost of the research tell others what should be done and how, and a new procedure is born. Each practicing doctor is then responsible not for healing a patient but for applying the right procedure in the proper way. There is a huge difference between healing or curing and applying a proper procedure and that what this comment is all about.

In the above post, the doctor suggested three separate things, none of which is aimed at curing or healing or advancing the health of the patient. He or she is bound by the available procedures for the patient’s situation, but if none of the procedures is going to work, then what — he doesn’t really care! He has done everything he could according to the trade he is in, but how will that help the patient to have a child, in this case? The doctor is legally covered and he can even be sympathetic to the patient, wishing her every good in the world, but he still is bound by his chosen profession.

The senseless D&Cs really should have been stopped, or at least a hysteroscopy should have been performed, in which the doctor can actually see something inside the uterus. There are videos on YouTube ( Hysteroscopy Of Intramural Fibroids Video and Operative Hysteroscopy For Intrauterine Adhesions Video) so everybody can see what it looks like.

The chemo therapy as it is called here is not a chemo therapy in the sense of someone having cancer and then applying a chemo therapy, here it is a hormonal therapy aimed at resolving the symptoms. Finally, the most horrible idea is to have a hysterectomy because there will never be babies after that. But all this is leading to a hysterectomy, the situation that this doctor is leading his patient to has even been statistically researched, and the conclusion was that hysterectomy was inevitable when “everything” was tried, including the hormonal treatment.

We are all too ready to believe everything the good doctor says, but in this case and in all cases such as this, there is a lot to try and do inbetween the symptoms and final solution, i.e. hysterectomy. There is homeopathy, there is Reiki, Su Jok, acupuncture, enzyme mixtures, herbal remedies, crystal therapy… as well as many others, none of which is in the domain of our good doctor because the official medicine didn’t approve any of them.

I wish your friend all the best, and especially not only to get well but to have that baby finally. Life with a baby of your own is what life on this planet is all about.

Sincerely, Dusko Savic

So, you were shocked to learn that you need a hysterectomy. Thanks God, there’s the Internet, and there you are, the very same evening, Googling “hysterectomy” and everything else you may think of in that regards. One of the best ways to learn something valuable is to pose a question in a forum, preferably in a place in which you post regularly. Here is a link to one such discussion, in 3FatChicks.com forum. Read it and see how the sides polarize, some women had “the surgery” and felt great about it, while others had quite bad experiences and still suffer the consequences.

My contribution to that thread was this:

Hi

Having a hysterectomy is never a picnic. The only way of telling what will happen next is medical astrology, but there are very few people in the world that practice it. For every woman that had her hysterectomy done well, there is a legion of women who curse themselves for being so stupid to give their consent for it, without realizing what they actually do.

Uterus is a vital part of woman’s body, it stores sex hormones created by the ovaries during the night and releases them during the day. If there is no uterus, the hormones get expelled with the first morning urination and from there so many problems follow that it would require an entire site to explain the consequences.

Fibroids are tumors, and tumors are large tissues — ask yourself, what in my life is food for these tumors to grow!? Uterus is an organ for emotional responses, it is your primary means of reacting to the world as a woman. In other words, it is the emotions that give food to the tumors and cancers, resolve emotions first, they are the origin of the illness, and simultaneously try to heal the body.

If you want to heal your fibroids and uterus, you may be interested to know that there are several alternative methods of healing the uterus without surgery: homeopathy, Su Jok, Reiki, herbal remedies, seed therapy, a combination of these etc. Maybe the simplest would be to try the enzymes which resolve the myoma, Google them and you’ll find them.

All the best, Dusko Savic

Question: I have had problems with an irregular cycle. I also have fibroids. My doctor has recommended a hysterectomy, but I am uncomfortable with such radical surgery. Do I have other options? I am 45 and otherwise in good health.

which is answered by Dr. Richard T. Bosshardt for Orlando Sentinel, under the title of
Weigh your options before you undergo hysterectomy. Here is my comment to the article:

==========================

Hi

A nice article written from the doctor’s point of view. I’d also like to remind that there are other methods from alternative medicine that can help with fibroids and irregular bleeding.

With the advent of the Internet, women to which hysterectomy was suggested can ask other women through specialized forums and groups, and there are dozens of sites devoted to hysterectomy and its consequences. Here are suggestions for some of these:

www.youtube.com, search for hysterectomy, laparoscopy, myoma, myomectomy etc.
www.nohysterectomy.com, written by a leading gynecologist in the USA
www.how-to-avoid-hysterectomy.com — minimally invasive procedures such as endometrial ablation instead of hysterectomy, then homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, herbal remedies, Su Jok, Reiki, enzymes… are the methods of energy healing that can all help with the fibroids. The site also contains a collection of annotated videos from youTybe and Google Video.
www.hystersisters.com — a site for hysterectomy recovery, very large, contains a ton of info, but geared to those that have already had their hysterectomy, preferably a “happy” one.

There are other links of course, but these can be a useful start. You have the right to know what will happen to your body after such a major surgery so do your homework well.

All the best, Dusko

This page of Free Astrology Miscarriage case began by a rather confused letter from which I couldn’t get whether she has any children alive. Then she clarified:

I got pregnant for the first time in March 2003. My baby was due on December 6 2003. My pregnacy was perfect, no complications, bloodwork was perfect.

I checked into the local hospital on November 19 with mild contractions. I was dialated 1.5. The doctor and hospital said i was in preterm later and it was going to take a long time for me to deliver, so they told me they were going to send me home in the morning so I opted to go home.

On the morning of Nov. 21, I didn’t feel my baby move. She was very active. Always kicking up a storm. I started to get worried and went to see my dr. They confirmed that there was no heartbeat. It was the worst moment in my entire life. She was 37 1/2 weeks and beautiful.

It has been a dreadful 2 1/2 years already. I requested an autopsy and it read DX Umbelical cord thrombosis. A clot had cut her breathing supply.

After my birth, I switched dr’s and went to see another dr. In April 2004. I got pregnate with my 2nd baby. I went to see my Dr. and he said there was no gestational sac. It would eventually lead to miscarriage, and at 5 1/2 wks, it did. I started spotting brown, then bleeding.

I started seeing a homeopathic dr and had 1 mc with him. He said the reason I mc was because my womb was getting ready again for another baby. It started the same, at 5 1/2 weeks, spotting brown, then bleeding heavily. I had nowhere to turn and was so saddened by the fact I could not hold on to my pregnancies.

So in turn, I had a stillborn baby at 37 1/2 wks and 3 miscarriages.

The last pregnacy I had was in Feb. 2005. I’ve been seeing a specialist in Fertility since August 2004. In Feb 2005 I got pregnant again and mc at 5 1/2 weeks. Spotting brown, then bleeding.

He has helped me conceive, but we still have not found the cause for the miscarriages. He has given me Clomid, progesterone, has given me bloodwork exams and so forth. He doesn’t want to give me fertility treatment just yet because he wants to wait on my pap results In June. He said if they come back abnormal, he will give me other treatment for that instead of the fertility treatment.

I’m very scared those results might come back abnormal again and I will never be able to have another child. And even with that, I don’t want to waste anymore time. I am 31 years old and my bio clock is ticking. Sadly, I don’t have any living children yet and that’s why I’m getting very anxious, depressed, and losing hope. I would really appreciate any information you can provide me.

Since this analysis takes hours and hours of my real time to make, I told her to start using the General Energy Pack right away, as a sort of first aid. Here is her comment after receiving two Energy Packs:

Wow.Energy packs makes you feel great. Cant explain the feeling. Feel physically better since I started taking it. Thanks!!
